Eastern Press wins 2005 Australian Achiever Award

In July 2005, Eastern Press was honoured with the Australian Achiever Award for Melbourne’s Printing & Graphic Design Services category. These independent, unbiased awards determine winners based on assessment ratings received from the company’s own clients. Therefore, winning is seen as a clear indication of a well run, healthy business, worthy of patronage.

Seven criteria are assessed – time related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication and overall perception – and the results are rated in percentage terms with above 80% being regarded as exceptional and reflecting outstanding customer service. In winning this award, Eastern Press actually achieved an outstanding 99.26% overall score and in the process topped all other businesses in the category.
