It starts with a woven texture linen card cover finished with a smooth metallic foiling. This cover binds a beautifully designed series of renders, maps, local highlights and statistics.
One of the feature drawcards for the Gladstone Village development is the location and lifestyle offered by the site. This bespoke brochure was an instrumental sales tool used to convey the bountiful benefits offered by the apartments. A strong focus on illustrated maps and graphs, that told the story of the local community and investment opportunity.
The utilisation of textured stock with a vibrant copper foil on the cover created a high impact document that certainly captured attention.
